  3. Specialty OrdersFrom the exotic to hard to come by items, Live or Frozen, we are sourcing specialists for all your culinary needs and explorations.

 

Return Policy :

Purchases made from Komolo may be returned if the following conditions are met.

  1. Fresh Items – return within 24 hours of delivery.
  2. Frozen Items – return within 48 hours of delivery.
  3. Dry Items – return within 48 hours of delivery.
  4. Claims must be made within 24 hours after receipt of products.
  5. Items not returned to warehouse will not be credited unless deemed damaged or defective by the Sales Manager.
  6. Customers must notify sales representative of all return claims.
  7. Frozen and Dry items must be in original condition.

 

Return Process

  1. Inspect shipment for incorrect/missing orders and damaged/defective items.
  2. Notify your sales representative and driver of any issues with the shipment.
  3. Leave a memo and your signature on both invoices.
