HACCP is a management system in which food safety is addressed through the analysis and control of biological, chemical, and physical hazards from raw material production, procurement and handling, to manufacturing, distribution and consumption of the finished product.

Komolo certifies that all frozen seafood products are frozen throughout a temperature of -20C (-4F) or below for more than 168 hours (7 Days) in a freezer to insure the prevention and destruction of parasites.

Komolo further certifies that we operate in accordance with the HACCP Plan and frozen seafood items come from a HACCP plan installed sources of supply.
