Return Policy :
Purchases made from Komolo may be returned if the following conditions are met.
- Fresh Items – return within 24 hours of delivery.
- Frozen Items – return within 48 hours of delivery.
- Dry Items – return within 48 hours of delivery.
- Claims must be made within 24 hours after receipt of products.
- Items not returned to warehouse will not be credited unless deemed damaged or defective by the Sales Manager.
- Customers must notify sales representative of all return claims.
- Frozen and Dry items must be in original condition.
Return Process
- Inspect shipment for incorrect/missing orders and damaged/defective items.
- Notify your sales representative and driver of any issues with the shipment.
- Leave a memo and your signature on both invoices.
